Talk about a transformation. The basement of this home was just a concrete room with minimal electric work. We turned over 1,000 square feet into a family room, full bathroom, and fitness room. We built the framing several feet away from the concrete walls, creating hundreds of square feet around the perimeter for closets and storage. The new infrastructure includes framing of multiple spaces, plumbing drilled into the concrete, proper electrical, heating and cooling. It’s now a space that the family with two young boys uses every day.
